REMINDER:

    • The lease term is 9 months, from August 15, 2025, to May 14, 2026.
    • • This rental application is only valid for the current year (2025-2026).

Please note that due to our system configuration and a high volume of reservations at the same time, you may be booking a room for which there is no longer any availability.

    • If your reservation is confirmed:
    You will receive an email within 48 hours with the information to pay the deposit and officially finalize the room reservation. The amount of this deposit corresponds to the first month’s rent.

    • If your reservation is not confirmed:
    We will contact you by email to offer you the option of being added to our waiting list. In case of cancellations, we will contact the people on this list as they are added.
